Michael Bois is in charge of global customer services at viastore

With Michael Bois, intralogistics specialist viastore SYSTEMS has taken another designated service professional on board in order to further optimize and extend its support and improvement services for customer facilities and software systems around the world. Bois previously headed inter alia, the international service business of MTU Onsite Energy GmbH, Augsburg. The central task of the 52-year-old, who holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering, will be the Group-wide development of viastore’s after-sales business.
“Our multilingual and internationally oriented helpdesk, which is staffed by experienced Hotline and service engineers, and our network of international partners is an excellent basis in this regard,” says Bois. Roland Lachenmaier and his team will continue to take care of viastore customers in Germany. “We are happy that we were able to persuade Michael Bois as an internationally experienced manager to join our service team. He will be pursuing the strategic further development of our customer support services,” says Philipp Hahn-Woernle, CEO of viastore.
